Student Leader

We look for students who have a desire to serve the Lord, have a right standing relationship with Him and who can set a good examples to their peers both at youth group as well as outside of church activities. There are many areas to serve as a student leader (i.e. Tech Team, Worship Team, Front Line, Greeter, Prayer Counselor etc.) To be a student leader you must have attended a youth service for at least 6 months.

Adult Leader

Serving as an Adult Leader at 412 is slightly different then working with children’s ministry or even the young adult’s ministry. We’ve found that one of the most effective ways to minister to students is to simply hang out with them. 412 Ministries has worked hard to provide an atmosphere for leaders to build relationships with teens through spending time with them one-on-one, playing video games or pool in our game room, basketball in our gym, or taking them out to coffee to be a listening ear. The longer you remain in their world the more they open up to you and that is when true ministry takes place. There are many areas to serve such as our after school program, home group leader, DNA leader, event team, security and more. If you have a passion to invest in Jr. and Sr. High students and have been faithfully attending CCM, please fill out an application and turn it in at the 412 Info Center or to a youth pastor.
